Yep, we also need those!
Since they were bad, shouldn't be easy to find info about them...
Or pehaps give more reasonable traits to the existing ones.
These traits are hardly taken out of thin air, mind you...
But I shall try to explain:
Hannes Ignatius:Maj.Gen. 1918. 2nd in command and chief of staff during the finnish war of independence. Educated in the Hamina Cadetschool 1885-1892 and the Nikolayev General Staff school. Served in the cavalry during all his time as an operative officer. Quite incompetent as a general. (cavalry_school/mediocre)
Gives elan -1, speed + 15% and org -10% (I don't know about you, but I don't consider that particularly good)
Aarne Sihvo: Maj.Gen 1925. Leader of the military expeditions to Aunus 1919, where the russian parts of Carelia were tried to be incorporated into Finland. Very big nationalist, night on bigotted towards the "old guard", officers that had served in the old Imperial Russian Army. One of the highest decorated soldiers of the war of independence. (adventurer/soldierly)
Gives org - 5%, speed +10%, exp +10% and fire +1
Martin Wetzer: Maj.Gen 1918. Got a double education. On top of the military studies he studied law and worked as a lawyer and teacher of law in Helsinki university from 1910 to 1914. Served as a regimental commander in the russian army during WWI. Chief of staff in the HQ and commander of the western army during the war of independence. Known as very cool, calculating leader. (professor/reserved)
Gives org +10%, shock -2, fire +3
Rudolf Walden: Maj.Gen 1919. Known more for what he did off the battlefield than on it. After the war of independence he helped build up the finnish paper-industry to become one of the biggest in the world. Minister of War and High Commander 1918-1919. Was responsible for many politically important contacts abroad, espescially to Sweden and the US.(gifted_administrator/diplomatic)
Gives org +10%, att -10%, exp +15%
Vilho Nenonen: Maj.Gen 1923. Whent through the Hamina Cadet School 1896-1901, the Mikhailov Artillery School in St.Petersburg 1901-1903 and the St.Petersburg Artillery Academy, where he emerged on top of his class. Served as an artilleryofficer in the Imperial Army during WWI. Minister of Defence 1923-1924.
Has with his "Taavetti-system", a system that was first used in the finnish army and later copied all over the world, probably been the one person on the world that has been most resosible for the evolution of the artillery on the scientific and technical field. (artillerist/expert)
Gives fire +4 and org +15%
Lennart Oesch: Maj.Gen 1930. Finlands highest educated soldier, ever. Received his training and education in the Finnish Jaegerbatallion in Germany, as well as in both the French and the Italian Military Academy. In spite (or perhaps because) of this he was known not to attack if he was not absolutely sure the attack would succeed. (war_college/careful)
Gives org +10%, elan +1, speed -5%, att -5%
Hugo Österman: High Commandor of the army from 1931 to 1939. Had a very difficult position as commander since Mannerheim, who at the time had civilian duties, generally were considered to have more authority, a fact he also complained about openly. (bureaucrat_speed/vainglorious)
Gives speed -5%, att -5%, exp -5%, rel +1, elan -1
