Well that was the last update for a while- the lovely folks at NTL are coming to take away my internet today. I Hope you are continuing to enjoy the story and i assure you the first thing i do when i get the internet back at our new house will be to come here and tell you guys that im back. I know this must be frustrating for all my readers and i can only apologize and try and soften the blow by saying i will be back as soon as i can and this war will continue.

Im not sure, hopefully not too long!

I wish France would do something, our combined numbers could cause Germany problems. As it stands now its just myself and Yugoslavia against the Commintern.

Voice 1: Sir the Allies continue to push the Commintern back! Germany has been unable to drive the British back into the ocean and now they have landed in Italy!

The Epic War Continues​



We still have the momentum on our side, this has been proven by our actions. We lost Rostock to Soviet troops who have arrived in aid of their German friends, in response we commenced with our planned attack on Kassel and were rewarded with a glorious victory after which we defeated the Soviet troops who had just arrived Rostock almost immediatly [reports indicate the battle lasted less than one hour]. Sadly we are currently unable to retake Rostock as our lines are being spread thinner and thinner the further we advance into the heart of the the Communist German Beast. We have three divisions ready to travel to the German front and they are expected to arrive shortly to retake and hold Rostock, led by Lt. General Thorne [they will be escorted by our new submarine fleets].

Italy​



The Start of our Revival in Italy


If the above plan is pulled off we will hopefully capture many German divisions, the attack completely depends on succesfully surrounding them and denying them an escape route be it towards Rome or the South. Both the German and Italian fronts are in need of reinforcement and it is being considered wether or not to send General O'Connor to Italy to boost our power there or send him to Germany to add a much needed manpower boost. As of now the plan is to send him to Italy however....things change.

Surprisingly Japan continues to hold on and looks nowhere near being defeated- surely it would be in the Soviets interest to eliminate the Axis threat on their border once and for all and help Communist China to grow?

How come you're so low on dough?

And judging from some pictures, it seems that you've got alot of divisions at the Home Islands. They're surely necessary for the invasion! But I don't know i you've edited the AI so they will land there. Haha... Depends on if USA (now if youre at war with them of course, i don't remember) got Island... Whatever... :p

Thanks , i am low on dough because i just cancelled a trade agreement with....someone whom i cant remember! I just realized i was giving them a silly ammount of energy in exchange for money so i will find some new trading partners. I am at war with hte USA ]Axis] by the way!

:) [i also havent touched the AI in any way, the divisions in Britain are all the garrison divisions you start off with]

Right now i would love to get Rome, Berlin [Germany] is just crawling with Communist troops and i want more british troops there so i can advance further without stretching my lines even thinner. Although interestingly, South Africa have sent 3 air divisions up there to help me [as in they havent flew home they are staying in Germany]

You should get China into your alliance, then you could have more fronts to fight on.
 
A Brick Wall​



Our French allies do not seem to realize the momentum is ours, the Communists have been shocked by Britains landings in both Italy and Germany and they have been even more surprised by the success of these landings and the ferocity we have shown in defending what we have taken. Britain started this war with a small, outdated army which has now grown into a strong, well equiped fighting force.



The Armies of the World

It is clear the French have a significant army and a small area directly linked to the enemy- the Maginot line and the Italian border. Even those five infantry divisions [of the hundred and five] would aid us well. However much we hope France attacks our enemies we will continue to fight alone and not complain about lack of support.It is still clear though that we need to greatly step up production of our infantry divisions as we are still far behind Germany and one cannot help but wonder how much more progress we could have made by now if we had an extra twenty infantry divisions. It is not my position to wonder about "what ifs" although...i do wonder what would have happened if the little NSDAP had come to power in Germany instead of those damn Communists.


Far From Home​



Japan not Only Holding on but Taking More Land


The Asian front continues to get more interesting, the more the war their rages [and the more Japan takes] the better for our war in Europe. If Japan can continue to fight then the Soviets will have to send more troops to Asia, the downside to this though is Japan may grow too strong and whoever wins this war will become very powerful. In the long run it would be better for us if both sides continue to slaughter each other and not make any real progress. This may not happen however as can be seen above the Japanese army has a mere fraction of the divisions available to the Soviets.


Also with our recent survey of other fronts we were shown some worrying news :

We hope Malaysia will be able to repel this Japanese assault, Japan must NOT be allowed to conquer our ally. We will be watching this situation very closely.


In other bad news Canada looks to be on her last legs, if Canada should fall an invasion of the USA would become very difficult. They would gain more manpower and IC and in our current condition there is nothing we can do to stop them.

Britain in Europe​

We have changed our plans in Italy, the Germans have sent far too many divisions to Italy and we have to little to sustain a successful encirclement. Thus we are going back to our original plan- work our way up the neck and keep the line straight. The problem with this is the Southern Islands in Italy which will have to be invaded soon aswell but we need the bulk of our forces to get our backs off the wall and push the Germans back and regain our momentum.

In some good news our Submarines have successfully escorted three new divisions to Germany to fortify our lines

I have been trying to for quite a while our relations are around -20 which is a huge improvement from what it used to be. China are my number one target for an ally and when i have the money i will go back to influencing them.
