This should have been handled in a much more professional way from both us and the developer.
Given that mistakes happened, I actually think you guys have done a good job of handling things so far. I downloaded the game on steam, had problems, logged in here and immediately found the sticky thread saying that the wrong version was uploaded, and then a number of updates through the night. With it being past midnight on friday night in europe by that point, I appreciate Paradox's willingness and efforts to keep us in the loop.
The decision to publish with the game in the current state I have an issue with, but I think your communication has been handled well.
That willingness to be up-front with us and Paradox's track record of post-sales support has bought you a lot of slack as far as I'm concerned.
