okay ive been following this and reaiding parts and i thought i trow in a few ideas, views and questions:
Norway: It is exstremly unlikly that norway would voluntaraly re-submit to either sweden of denmar only 31 years afther gainig independens, it was in a greath thrill to have re-affirmend it self after being occupide by its neiborhs since the 1300-hundreds.
Haakon should bee a Popular Figurehead IMHO, btw.
If we look at the political nature of the kingomd, it would mots likly have move well whit in the german camp, pre-ww1 norway ahde a pretty even slitt of its elit betwen pro-germa and pro-english, and historicaly the pro-englihs faction gainde domince after the war. The childe of the upper class (mostly shipping magnats, no nobliety her except the royals) whould have gone too universty in berlin, hamburg and kile, its fish and lumber exsports and the kiruna trade (shipped for narvik, yes i know kiruna is swedish) and the leasing of the hughe (worlds bigges acctually) trading fleet would have benfited bye the new german trade markets in asia and africa, and whit no blue water navy of its own would depende of the german navy for its securaty.
And leets not foreget the kaiser annual trips to the fjords, a traditon not un-likly to continue after the war, a habit that sparked the still active german tourisem today (hey in the real 1930`s and 40`s german was the most comon and best spoken second launged in the country) If we look at the country in the 20`s they tride to gaine contole of east-grennland, the so calle north sea imperialisem, whit a frindly relations hsip to gremany the might have pushed even for the howl of grennland, and maby the island and the farôys too, offcoures this should come whit right for the greman navy to aquier navel bases on norwgian terretori.
Whit out nazisem ther would not have been a NS (norwgian national soiclits party) and the fatherland front (upper and middle class nationalits/fascist movemnet) woud probably bee stronger (in had aboout 1500.000 meamber in the 30`s and whit the leidang (volunter para military home defens org) its could pose a more relaist power in the country. If the depresion did not occure the the shipping boom would probably have keept the countyr away from its AP party goverment (labour basicaly) and a venstre ( libral9 or høyre (conservative) goverment whould have keept power, offcourse that is probably going to change whit the fall of german hegmony.
now for a question. What happend too the cezch legion aftrer the war? We are taliking about a force of about 60-70000 cezch and about 20-30000 slovaks cought in russia, 20000 in north italie and 9600 in france. They wear fighting aginst austria for the promis of a free homland.
Now the legion formed a basis of the cezchoslovakian armed forces after the war, but whit a victorius gemany and austria what would happend to the roughly 120000 tropps that fought aginst ther "homland"? We are looking at a gruppe of soldier, armend and whit money (the cappturde 8 trains of imperial gold, 7 wear returnde for safte passeng, and the 8 bought transport form vladivostok too cezchoslovakia bye shaip and finansed the legions bank)
Masaryk and ?tefánik came to russian in 1916 to organise the volunter into and army, and the did. So wear doe you putt this men? the 9600 in frnace wear part of the frence forieng legion, they could have stayde on as part of nationalist frances army, the italine troppse could like wise have joing in a new paple guard (they are after all catholicks, and could hoppe for and eventula reture home), but if we consider that in 1920 we have a 100000 well triande, motivate and equipte tropps, whit 8 trains of imperial gold and followde by the cezch nationalis leaders (who would have been force into exile after austrian victory/surviavle) in vladivostock, what? As "trators they would probably not bee allowed home, and whould kolch and his japanes allies like that big and dangoures of a force in the region?
oh
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radola_Gajda seems like a good right wing cezch leader opption.
And her are som ideas for radical catholesisme you whanted:
The churce would probaly have used it influcen too supprot national tradistionalit grouppes. But Catholic Action grouppes could have been sett upp in other counrtys. Whit the fall of mainland france it is unlikly that the AF would have been bande, and consider its support,(11 out of 17 french carinals in our real time) it could have become mcuh stronger whot offisal papel baking, the Croix-de-Feu, latter know as the Parti Social Français (PSF)had 500000 meaber in 1939 too. If we look at the reasons for the spanish clergy being radicaliste under the spanish second republick no doubt we would have seen similar tings in france, The churche also help imprtant sway whit the tiso regime in sloavika 8 tiso being a mosigure or prist even), The Croatian Ustashe, zeentrum in germany, Rexism in belgium (a country that should bee renamed into flander wallonia after reall german post ww1 plans btw) Vaterländische Front in austria (could bee intresting whit grean catholics if things gos badly in germany), Maurice Duplessis in qubece, salazar in portugal and hoarty in hugary. Not too metion the special benfits and influcen the churceh had in the republick in irland (right guaranteed bye the constitution). And the fact that a paple document is one of the basise of copratisem. This does not include churce influence in the usa, latin america or the fhillepinse. is it too unlkly that the churce could have pushed for a cathlick acton progame or even the formation of a party in the us if the opption and the right pope was ther?
Just a coupple of thught and ides, as i said, my englihs is crap i know, love the god work, keep it upp guys.
