I'm currently playing a game as the Altyn Oba Horde, trying to establish a new global Hun Empire stretching from Central Europe to Eastern Asia. Unfortunately, I'm actually using cheat codes, so it's not very legitimate I suppose.

Not sure if country should own both Medinah & Mekka, or only one of them, if Caliphate does not exists in 625. Please, check out dates, provs, ids and my description (me sorry, me not speak English very good :D).
Further – I think we need some events for decline of Caliphate, Umayyads, Idrisids and others.
And if you give me some id’s range, I will try to make some events about Slavs & Bulgars migrations.

Well, such things as presented by you sometimes happen – but usually AI Ostrogoths conquer Italy quite smoothly and then ERE has a problem to do its job. Note that we want to help ERE in smashing Goths, not to help Goths.
I guess another thing which may improve game balance and reduce number of strange alliances/wars is the limitation of no. of provinces known by countries at start – but this is too much paperwork for me.
 
How complete is this mod?? Is it possible to play the franks and forming the Carolingian Empire?:eek:

Somewhat complete, while a number of things are missing, for the most part that is something one doesn't think about. You can play the Franks, they will get divided, but eventually they will be united again, and by then one will eventually get the Carolingian kings, however there are no events to help the conquests of Charlie Big. Keep in mind that uniting with Neustria tend to mean squashing the Arnulfings (Carolingians) and therefore will lead to Merovingian kings all the way to the end.

As to the download, see the post above yours. When installing simply unzip into the EU2 directory, DO NOT overwrite anything, it shouldn't (unless you have a previous version already installed), it should now be a new folder in your EU2 directory called 476. Then copy the EU2 shortcut you have on the desktop, rename the copy something to indicate it is for the 476 scenario, and change so that the part that looks something like this

by simply adding 476 after it. Like this
