I am just wondering, what affects speed of conversion? Higher Learning skill or is there something else?
Is it even defined, or just random?

Also if the chaplain is a genius or quick they are subject to a bonus of some kind I think.
I believe it's a modifier called 'Good at their job' or something.
Some if it may also have to do with the dejure status of the province being converted.
