Slaves can not move, if you want them to you will have to edit the slaves.txt in the poptypes map.

If you chose to make a slave state the unaccepted cultures will become slaves, any accepted culture slaves will be freed.
If you chose not to make a slave state all slaves will be freed.

Right now it's just barely a twinkle in Daddy's eye. I'm just now starting to begin to weigh my various options. I've had a brain fart and I'm smelling it for inspiration.
