I really hope they don't abandon V2. It's a great game and it's setting is popular yet underrepresented in media. WW1 will be obvious theme for expansion and I hope for more deep rebels/nationalists and even better diplomacy/economy.

I'd say V2 could really use a combat overhaul to make it more similar to HoI3. I feel that theaters and maybe supply lines, as well as flanking could make for great additions. As it is great wars are very unwieldy, especially if you mobilize when playing a large nation.

Personally I'd like to see diplomacy options expanded. Funding rebels in other countries... Etc, etc.
