OVERAL SITUATION IN THE WORLD
1941 October

On Sovet-German front line things were looking bad for the Russians. Besides Germans havent made a big progres in province taking but their atempts to take over Kiev and Retake Riga was succesful. Big Ofencive operation in the soulth and in the north was launched. The numbers once again were against Soviets. They lost 5 inf division while germans have gained 5 more inf. divisions to their army. Soviets also lost 1 moutain division and 2 HQ makeing total lost of 8 division from 285 division to 277 in Total. German army size has grown from 265 to 272 total divisions and was almos equal to Soviet union total army size.




Absolutly no changes on Japan-China front. Japanyse were just waiting for surrounded China army in thouse 4 provinces will just going to die them selves witout supplys and didnt wanted to lose some men because they are planing some other big atak plans. Maby on Soviets, Maby on UK maby on Australia, Indochina or even Philipes and US.

And UK ofcourse. Wich was the leader in war agains Fashism. UK have totaly destroyed Italyen army and take over Greece, N. Africa. and all Sicile Island and now moving to Rome it self. Also they have made a succesful landing and in less then week they took controle almos of all Norway. UK army size havent changed. Only its L.Arm division was upgraded. Italyen army was reduced even more and now is about to crack totaly since English are making their way to thier capitala and once it is captured the italyens will surly quit the axis. So Italyen have lost 9 more division in September and reduced from 25 to 16 divisions.

ALL ROADS LEADS TO ROME
1941 October

October started with 2 more province liberation. Western Command has rached Italy mainland from Sicily island and secured landing forces in Naplen from being pushed back. Also our tank divisions have finaly took all controle of Solthern part of Norway now only Few moutain provinces in the North is left and Germans will be kicked out of Scandinavia.



A new decition was made. To take Corsica and Sardinia islands. Since Sardinia was guearded by Italyen troop we made a landing on Corsica and from there start an atak on sardinia with hard airsupport.



On 2nd of October our 6 mot division desant was fully operational and launched on Germans possition in the north Narvik. The figting was over in just an hour because only one disorganised German division meat our advancing army. 3 tank divisions + 1 HQ were send to join the atak in the north. 2 mot division were left to guard the strategic provinces in Norway. But they will be replaced with a new shipment from home island. 4 inf division will be transported here and they will replace 2 mot divisions taht will be transported to north to join the front in the moutains.



Since Italyen have abandoned their possitions on Taranto our army was ordered to move there and the the possitions. Landing in Corsica got stuck because of bad wather so reinforcements in Italy were delayed till the landing is over.



Finaly only on the 6th of October with some delays Corsica isand was taken and the TP ships could move to transport reinforcements from N. Africa to Italy.



8th of October. Our advaancing unites was halted by 1 Italyen division in Taranto and the figting bega. Also our troops started a atak on Sardinian island. With the help of tactical bombers victory was almost guarantyed therre since only 1 Italyen division were defending it.



Victory at Taranto cam at 15:00 and victorya t Sardinia only the next morning since the amfibious landing was wery hard and Italyen soldiers bravaly resisted since this was their native island. and most of soldiers were native people.

On the morning of 9th of October reinforcement arived at Napales so our other army goope started to move to Rome. But first they had to get to Anizo province.



Upgraded mot division models were invented and all our mot divisions will be soon upgraded to newest model. Also 3 X 3 new mot division were ordered to be trained. Alng with 4 inf division wich second pack will be trained on the 20th of October. Percy Hobers and its staff started to think of a better plans to manage the supplys for our troops.



10th of May. Our armys have taken controle of Taranto Province in Italy and Narva in Norway. No counteratak was launched and our toops dug in for rest.



Vig naval batlle was won by Germans in the shores of Norway. German NOrvegian navy was totaly destroyed. Germans have lost more then 14 Batlleships and other ships. English only 2.

FALL OF ROME
1941 October

Snow came to the moutains of Norway and our Mobile army got stuck in it. Our General staff decided to stop all operation in this region and transport all our mot. and tank division to Italy were heavy batlles lies ahead since some German reinforcemens are spooted coming.



October 15th morning. Our Western Command in Taranto was reinforced by 3 inf. division and now there was 4 inf divinsion and 1 HQ wich was named 1st Italyen Command. 2nd Italyen Comman was on its way to Anzio wich they will reach in the next day. (1 HQ + 2 mot) and I Italyen Corps wich supported atak on Fogia. Latter they will join 2nd Italyen Command on asult on Rome.



Victory came on 10:00 as Our 2nd Italyen Comman came to Anzio at 9:00. Our 3 TP ships were sent to Sardinia Island were they will pick up 2 mot and 1 tank division when the island will be totaly taken over and reinforce 2nd Italyen Command.



Reinforcemnets from Corsica Island were transported even without taking Sardinia island. (1 inf. div was send to do that) they were transported to Ansio and joined 2nd Italyen Commans wich now have 6 divisions (1HQ + 2 tank + 3 mot div). 1st Italyen Command has reached Foggia and was reinforced by 2 inf division from Naplen. Now it has 7 divisions (1HQ + 6 inf.). After a litlle rest our army will march northen to take Pescara province and Rome it self.



On the 20th of October morning 4 new Inf division were trained and ready. They were placed into 6 Canadian TP at Norwich and will be transported to Norway to change mot. and tank divisions.

Ofencive in Italye started in the morning. Our tac bombers wer redeplyed to Anzio airfields for more efective and longer bombing missions. Victory was fast because only 2 italyen division were at Pescara and only one at Rome.



Italyens weren't to willing to fight. Italyen army were reatreating witout figting. Italyen people were more and more showing their support to democratic regime and simpatys to Allys and Mussoliny (wich evacuated to Milan) regime was more and more collapsing every minute.

At 21st of October Sardinian Island was taken by British army.



in 23rd of October our Forced reached Rome and Pescara and imidiatly were ordered to march even northen to Florencia and Rimini. Only at Rimi our forces meat Itlayens at Florencia our mobile forces were about o overcome Italyen infantery. 1 mot division was asinged to secure the remaning 2 provinces in the middle of Italy. Figting at Rimini was over after 6 hours and our forces moved foward.



Reinforcement from Norway came to Rome at 26th of October. the same day our mobile divison reached perugia province. 1st and 2nd Italyen Command were on their way to Rimini and Florencia. wich they will reach at 28th of Ocrober. Newly arived forces was named 3rd Italyen Command and Field Marshal Wilsom H.M was asinged to command it. 2nd Italyen Command was orderd to move to Rimini as our other army corp woul reach it 4 days later at 3rd of November. 3rd Command was ordered to move to Florencia and secure our possition there when 2nd Command will reach Rimi. At the end of October all of Soulhern Italy was taken by the British and only the northen part remanied under Mussolini controle. King Vittorio Emmanuela III grated British forces as liberators and agried to join the allies side when Rome will be secured from Mussolini forces.



Our naval victorys were huge as German and Italyen navy was smashed to bids at Medeteranian and North sea. 32 Italyen ships were sunk in September-October period. And all whet was left out of once mighty Italyen NAvy was 2 tiny light cruisers. German navy lost 18 ships and their navy size reduced to 44 ships. Most of them were submarines - 37 and only 3 Cruisers + 2 destroyers. The British navy stays on the top of most powerful navy in the world with its migty 143 ships flotiles navy.

Hmm nope the alps will be defended by Italyens them selves as soon as they will join us ill have other plans for the winter I wonder why doesnt Jap AI crush thouse 4 surrounded provinces in China. I have loaded as Jap and tried ataking them all at once and all surrendered after few hours. Is AI such a dum? Maby its because i set aggretion to aggresive maby i shuold set it to norman or maby furious so taht AI would start playing like a real oponent not as a chicken? Anybody has any suggestions? Ive played HOI quite a lot and didnt got the point about that aggerion level. AI alway acting more cearful when i set aggresion level to higer? Anybody had the same porblem?

OVERAL SITUATION IN THE WORLD
1941 November

Winnter have came into Russia and Soviet-German front halted were it was. German Progras was quit good but not good enough as the German command staff was planing the victory at the end of autum.



But at October Germans managed to push a litlle bit. They have secured their front line for the winnter by the river of Dniper at the soulth and made some progres in the middle also gained Province of Daugpilis in the soulth.
NUmbers was once more against Soviets. On October Soviets managed to train 5 new Inf division but they lost 2 HQ. Their army size first time since the begining of war growen in number. Only by +3 divisions but still it was a good sing. Germans have growen in numbers more then Soviets. They reacived 2 new inf division and 2 new panzer tank divisions. also 1 mil division wich was trained for partisan activity managment in ocupied Soviet territory. In total german army size have grown by +6 divisions and have closered to the Soviet army even more. But Germans had some other problems wich made their army size growth totaly usless. The British advance in Greece and Italy wich will force Germans to take some forces out of Eastern front to the Soulthern front with the British.




Absolutly no changes on Japan-China front.

British-Italyen fron was almost closed as the remaining forces of Italyen socialis republic reatreated to the north. In Greece the fron was taken over by the Germans and Italyen fron seems to go the same path as the Italyen king Victtor Emmanuela III wants to join the Allys on the other side Mussoliny is still loyal to his axis allies. This could only meant a split in the Italy. UK army size has growen because of 4 new inf divisions and Canadian exp. corp wich is in Norwich. So the british army gained 8 more division at October and groen to 89 division size army. The Italyen have lost 2 more divisions at October and now have only 14 divisions. No changes at Norway were Germans have well duged in in the moutains at the Northen Norway. But Almost all of Norway was Liberated at September.

OPERATION TORCH - WAR WITH VICHY FRANCE
1941 November

As Nowember started we decided to take some actions against German puppet Vicy France. Wich colony in africa was a bad sing.



Few inf division were asinged for this job to advance from Tunis and 1 mot division will be transported from Italy to Algeria. These forces shuold advance to the Coast of Moroco and reach the shores of Atlantic ocean. No Vicy forces were spoted in this region. The mot division will be transported to Algerio province and will go to meat our advancing inf divisions.



At that time ifencive in Italy continued. Our 3 army grops after some reast launched atak on Italyen possitions at La spezia and Bologna. Boths succeded and Italyen were pushed evn more to the north. First German forces in Italy have been spoted in La spezia asult. But it was only one division.



When atak was launched heavy negotiations were going at Rome were Italyen goverment were descussing with British generalt terms of surrender. Negotiations were hard because Italyens wasnted Sardinians island and Liabia back, but our possition that Sardinia stays ocupies under British command until the end of war in Europe and Libia stays under British controle for ever. (Colonial british interest) Tunis and Ethipia was out of question even by Italyens them selves.


Landing in Ageru province started at nigh of November 4th. Still no Vicy forces were spoted as our troops made to the beachef on Algeru.



November 4th 14:00 our 3rd and 2nd mibole army Commands reachen La spezia and Bologna provinces and sateled there for rest since their organization was quit low because of long avance trough the Italy. Besides 1st Commans was stil on their way. And they will reach Bologna only at 10th of November.



Landing in Algeru was succesful and our forces moved foward to the wery shores of atlantic ocean.



A big atak was launched on our forces in Greece. 10 full german divisions ataked our 7 at Ioninna province. Our troops were well dug in but were out numbered when atak came. BUt with the help of our bomber (from Italy) and 2nd Balcan Liberation Corps counterata on German forces in Edesa province the ods have changes. The remaining 6 divisions couldnt continue the atak and gave up



Our advance in N. Africa was going smodly. All Vicy atempts to tranprots their troops to N. Africa failed and TP were sunked by our Navy in med sea. If everyting goign acording to plan our forces shuold reach Atlantic ocean by the end of this year. Maby even faster.



Our 2nd Italyen Comman was ordered to move into Ferrara province since no German or Italyen forces were spoted at that province. Our tactical bombers were redeployed at La Spesia for future bombing missions in N. Italy.



Italy goverment rejected our peace offes (becomming our puppet) and cearyed figting against us. Mostly because Mussoliny had personal Hitler guaranty that British will be pushed out of Italy and everyone who will surrender and join the British will be treated as trattors in the future. Such methods worked and Italy stayed at axis side hoping that Germans will be in the wining side.

18. INEVITABLE BUT SUPRISING - WAR WITH JAPAN
1941 November

November 11th. Just when thing were looking good for the Allies it had to go bad. Japans have decleared was on UK and Netherland. And now threatening our forces in Indochina and Netherland colony of Indonesia were the Netherland goverment have evacuated when they were ocupied by the Germans.


There was also good news and bad news.

The good news were that Japs also decleared was on USA and the industrial superpower finaly was forced to join the allies. Also with its puppet Liberia and Philipens


The bad news was that Japs have ataked US Pacific ocean fleet at Perl harbour and destroyed almost all of US fleet in the Pacific ocean. That way the Japs have the supiriority in the Pacifis to take over Philipins and Indonesia.


6 inf division and 1 HQ was boarded from our home island and were started transporting to The indo china were our forces will be waiting for and atak on Siam wich has showened simphatys to japs for wery long time. We had some forces at Indochima. Also some 2 inf division were givem from Nepal and 2 fromButhan. They are defending the moutain area wich has boarder with the Japan controled former french colony. We have 4 inf division from India located at boarder with Siam and 2 garisons. Also were are waiting for Australian and N Zeland expeditionary forces to arive. Hope they will come soner then Siam will join the war.


Advance in Algeria was going foward without any interception from Vicy forces.


Second reinforcementrs from Norway came to Italy. 1 HQ 1 tank and 4 mot division arived to La spezia reinforcing our 3rd Italyen Command to max 12 divisions. The command was given to Field Marshal Alanbrook wich succesfuly lead the operation in Norway and came with his men all the way from there.

German and Italyens have duged in by the river of Po and was waiting for British asult. They were hoping for winnter to come earlyer and that British will stay at their possitions till the Spring. And then reinforced by more troops from Germany they will push us back to Sicilia. But the wather was fine for the atak.


Atak began at 8:00 in the morning 13th of November. All 25 division were involved in this atak. 6 German division were already duged in the Milan province and the atak was planed just in time because there will be comming more for sure. The atak was succeful and German and Italyen forces reatreated leaving Milan for the British.


Alan turing compeated inventing advance computing mashine wich will help our scientis for sure (+5 reserch). After that Alan and his team was asinged to invent more advanced encryption devices.

I got blueprints of it. Well now that i got Germany atention on me i hope for more chalange then it were before, because all I was doing till now was taking unguarded provinces (well maby wery weakly protected)

19. FIREING UP THE INDOCHINA - WAR WITH SIAM
1941 November

Only after 4 days when Japan decleared war on Allys Siam decided to join on Japan side. It happened on the 15th of November. And it was good timing for them and bad for us. Since our reinforcements were long way from comming and our allys Australia and N. Zeland just ended loading their troops so they will come also in long time from now.


But the badest thing was that our main forces in Infochina were stuck in moutains. Anyway they were ordered to march into Siam from there. Situation in the soulth was horrable no defences were near the boarder. The only good thing was that Jap army wasn't at the boarder either and Siam had only few divisions. But Japan reinforcements will arive soon for sure. all or 4 inf Indian division were ordered to take unguarded moutain province of Giang Rai. Butan and Nepal armys should hold the Japs at the nothen province. The defences there were wery confortable since there was a river crossing trough the front line and it was moutains.


Because of future figting in the moutains 3 x 3 moutains divisions were started to be trained. Almost all our mot division were upgraded to new model by now.

Next day our fleet meat Japan fleet and first naval batlle with Japan began. Medeteranins fleet was ordered to move to Singapore wich they will reach in 30th of November. This will streanthen our Naval possitions in this reagion.


November 16th morning 7:00 in the Morning. A full scale atak on Italyen-German possitions were launched all across the front. 1st Italyen Commans charged into the Alps before reatreating Germans could organise their defence Venece was ataked by 2nd Italyen Commans and Genoa province wich had a fortifications but were under heavy fire from our navy by 3rd.

Victorys in Venece and alps were reached the same day. The figtings in Genoa continued till the next day and was almost lost because of well fortified Italyen possition there but Tac bombers saved the day and victory was ours.


Our forces in Algeria has reached the Spanish boarder with Moroco. and were ordered to move to Atlantic ocean shores. All soulth shoers of Medeteranian sea was secured by Allies.


When our 2nd Italyen Command made to Venece they imidiatly joined the atak with The 1st Italyen COmmand on Trento Province because they were having trubles with Strong German possitions there. But our forces were to disorganized and had to call of the atak and regrop for another atak later.

3rd Italyen Comman have reached Genomo and 3 of ther 12 division were ordered to split and charge northen to take Turin. Wich was also heavily fortified but no Italyen forces were spoted there.


Our invincible navy for the first time were beated and had to reatreat to the port. We lost 4 ships floailes at that long and devastating batlle (it took for 3 days) one of them was air carryer and other a batlleship. The reinforcements from Medeteranin sea were more needed then ever. But Japan fleet also lost 4 ships floatiles at this batlle. 1 more ships was destroyed by our Naval bombers wich were transferes form italy to Singabore airbases.


Our Anglo_Indian company have upgraded Agraculture and now we will reacive +5% more manpower. This will ease the low manpower problem a litlle bit. The comapny was asked to imporve our oil refenarys as we were about to run out of oil either.

I will do that in the December Overal situaltion post.. Well the thing is that i forgot about that naval batlle (it took more then 3 days) and when i remembered it was to late. Thoues ships were gone. And I didnt want to reaload because it wouldnt be fair for the AI

20. ALBANIA OFFENSIVE AND WAR IN INDOCHINA
1941 November

22nd of November. Almost all of Italy is taken by the British but Italyens still doesnt want to surrender and keep on figting. Italyen goverment was moved ot Albania were they think they were safe. This meant only ont thing that we will have to invade Albania in order to get Italyen to surrender.

First free Greece inf. division was deployed. This was a wery wonderful moment because our liberated allys finaly could help us either. Its controle was given to General Papagos and was ordered to move to Larisa were our troops are weakening their possitions there because of concentration for atak on Albania. Our atlantic fleet will help the atak with bomberdment from the sea. and Tac. bombers will also do their duty.


Litlle ones but still good news. Our army have captured one of northen Siam provinces. And now marching further into the soulth.


The atak on Vlore started at the morning of 25th of November. 2 well organized German division stood in our way but was forced to reatreat. 5 division were left to guard Ionina and Larisa front line and 6 divison moved into Vlore, later if everyting will go acording to plan Tirina. Some forces will be transported from Italyen front to streanthen our possions here because minimum 12 german division is situated at Greece front.


Good new from Indochina front. Australian expetitionary cors finay arived at Alor star and just in time because Japan army was already marching there. Australians not only managed to secure the province from japan atak but also made a counter atak and forced Japs to reatreat from Kra province.


Back to the Italyen front our forces after 2 days of figting finaly managed to take the Trento province. 4 motorised division from 2nd Italyen Comman will take the province while 1st Command will be deplyed in Venece. 2 mot division will be transported to strenthen our possition in Albania.


Just as we suspected when our forces arived at Vlora German launched a counteratak at our posstions in Ionnina. But we also ataked German army flans in Sopje and Edessa. Germans were better organised but we had tactical bombers. It was who gets who first.

Our counteratak on Skopia had to be called back early because of many casualtys and our plans to take Tirina. Figting in Edesa continued till 15:00 with the help of our Bombers we managed to force 2 german division to fall back, but counter atak failed and when the night came Defenders of Ioannina were left by them selves


Ioannina defenders reacived 1 inf division reinforcement wich arived from Algeru. 2 mot division from Venece were transported to Vlore for faster capture of Tirina. At night our defenders made and ambush on ataking germans and victory was ours. This was one of the most closest and hardest battles in the Italyen campange so far. But our army was victorious.

Our Pacific navy was streanthen by Medeteranian floatile wich arives at Singapore at 30th of November. 4 more CV were comming from our home island along with 2 Batllesips. This will strenthen our naval possition in the Paciffic for sure. No more Japan victorys at the sea. Our home fleat was leaf without CV but that didnt mattered as most powerful German navy side was submarines so Destroyers were the most inmportant. As for Med sea. Our Atlantic fleet was working there but As Italyen fleet was destroyed and only real threat there was the Vicy france navy. But french didnt showd to much of willing to fight against their former allies.

21. OVERAL SITUATION IN THE WORLD
1941 December

The conflict in the world got even more intencified as Japan decleared war on US and allies, then Hitled declered was on US and America finaly joines on the same side as UK. The war now was a real WORL WAR, because in all continets countrys were figting. Allies vs Germans, Germany vs Soviets. Japan vs Allies.


US army size was no mach for Japan imperial army, but Japan was involved in conflict with China and also was in war with allies wich were wining in Siam.


Naval numbers were almost equal. After the atak on US pacific leet in Perl harboar. But US was fastly rebuilding its fleet. Also if we ad British huge naval forces in Indochina we will get Allies naval superiority in the Pacific ocean. Most of US Atlantic naval forces are hunting German submarines so the Pacific fleet will be weak for some time.


China-Japan fron was stable. And Japan-Uk front in indochina havent moved to much because of moutany terran.

Soviet-German frons was more and more becoming Soviet-German-Allies frons as UK managed to take all Italy and now was heading for its HQ in Albania and after that Italy will be eliminated fro the war. Winter was bad for German army in the eastern front. Germans have lost 5 divisions in November 3 inf. 1 mot and 1 panzer division. Also they trained 2 new mil units for for home front. The total size of German army reduced to 275. On the other side the Soviets were having good times. Their army has grew from 280 to 290 divisions. 9 new inf divisions were trained and 1 mot. Also sovies managed to upgrade 2 l. arm. division to tank divisions. British army size havent changes in November.

22. ITALY SURRENDERS
1941 December

2nd of December started with an atak on Tirina were 2 German mot division were trying to organise defence, but with the help of our tac. bomber they were forced to surrender and our mot. division moved foward to take the former Albanian capital were the remaining Italyen HQ were located.


At the same time our 1st and 2nd Italyen commans took their posstions in the alps. All former Italyen country was in British hands. Now it was only a matter of time when our forces will reach Tirina and Italyens will be forced to surrender.


We have made an exchange with the US on our blueprints. we reacived wery important information about upgraded oil refenarys that we were inventing at the moment.


Our forced captured another moutain province in Indochina. The Australians were advancing fron Singapore to Siam and N. Zeland reinforcemnts have arive to Moulmein were they advance to Siam province Nahok Savan. Then when Bankok is surrounded by the Allies we will take the Siams capital.


At 7:00 in the morning 7th of December our forces reached the city of Tirana were Italyen goverment cabinet along with Bernito Mussolina was alrady hanged at the center of town by local Albanian partizans. Italys goverment members that were left in Rome sinced unconditional surrender.



When Italyen natioan socialis republic finaly gave up former king of Italy Vittorio Emanuela III agried to form Italys goverment under British commans. Conde Stefano Jacini was asinges as a prime minister of Italy republic wich joined the war on the Allys side.


British reacived Tunis Libia and Albanian territorys. Italyens have reacived their Sardinia island because that was the bigest problem in the negotiations before. Free france got back the provinces that were ocupied earlyer by Mussoliny Italy: Korsika island Nice and Grencalbela provinces. This was the best oportunity to croos the pre-war Italy-France defence line because when german armys will come our possitions will be well defended there. Also our mobile forces were ordered to move into balkans were they will try to liberate Nations there. Our forces in Greece and Albania will push foward from the sould and our forces from Italy from the west. This way we are hoping to free some parts of Balkan and join our forces from Greece and Italy
