3rd War of French Aggression
Once again Charles declared war against England.
While the Yorks and Lancastrians were in a feud between each others King Henry was in favour of the Yorks that had done so much for the Kingdom.
Some Dutchmen tried to revolt in Artois but they were quickly routed and driven back to their homes.
May 23th 1450 France once again submitted under the rule of England. Hopefully for the last time.
The years were good for England and majority of the incomes were used to military investments.
When King Henry became ill the choice for the protector of England was clear, York was the right man for the job.
February 1454 York managed to bring Desmond under the rule of England.
Well, York is doing fine. If he manages to subdue the Lancs, all will be fine for him and his family.
Heir to the throne
Technological advancements were made during the peace time.
Some of the nobles were abusing the peasants but King Henry and Duke of York were on the side of the peasants.
Duke of Buckingham was slain when the Lancastrians and Yorkist forces met near London.
York hired Italian engineers to teach the armies of England the proper way of siege.
Now that York was in control of the government the lords accepted his claims to the throne and agreed that York and his heirs were next in line after King Henry would pass on.
It seemed that the Aragonese were in trouble after their subjects rebelled against them.

Recovery from the war takes time
Now that the war seemed to be over for ever many of the French provinces started to recover and rebuild.
Rene I duke of Provence finally accepted to bury the war plans against England and joined the alliance with them.
November 1475, France, Provence and Desmond were all made as provinces of England and after many wars England had finally taken what was rightfully their.
The rebels in France soon realized that there was no point in fighting against the Englishmen.
And when Charles died the remaining claims for the lands of France faded away.
Wow, you suddued and finally annexed France! Impressive! Will there be a lot of trouble coming from your French provinces in the WotR that is to come? Is that possibility taken into account somehow with events in the WotR event chain?
Well for the moment the only revolts that have come trough events have caused troubles in the isles and not in France.
Lancastrian succession
It was clear that the Lancastrians were not happy about the Yorks being in power and soon there were rumours about an revolution.
August 1485 Henry Tudor attacked Richard III the King of England in Bosworth and defeated him, ending the York era and brining Tudors in to the rule.
Old establishments from the timer of Richard the Lionheart were bring back to life during the rule of Henry VII
The position of Court of Star Chamber was strenghtened by Henry VII.
The Yorks tried to coup Henry Tudor in Stoke but they failed.
The Portuguese and Spanish explores had found land west of Azores and possible rout to India but they were too greedy to let others share the explorations.
