Here, I tried my hand at making a culture based off the Brithenig conlang. Sorry if there are any errors, it's my first shot at making one of these. Here's the source, with dynasty names as well. There was an unfortunate lack of female names, so I filled in a few more.
Two East African cultures, the Luo and Dinka, who are both considered ethnic groups witin the Nilotic/Nilote group, a sub-group of the Nilo-Saharans. Both use both names of legendary and historical figures, as well as modern-day people. Unfortunately since there aren't that many women mentioned the female name lists are rather bare, but I guess they'll do for now. I also wanted to try to find names for the Nuer, another major group in the region, but couldn't find anything much even for males. I might try again in the future.
First is the Luo, who are a large cultural group covering parts of east Africa, including Tanzania/Kenya, Ethiopia, and Sudan. Barack Obama's father was of Luo ancestry, as a side note.

Hello...
I see you added in Nakh culture, I am glad about that, but
Many of the male names aren't Nakh names many names with "Bek" and such are not Nakh names, many nakh names have died out now.
Also we are not related or Alans or Slavs, we are closer related to Gerogians and Avar (caucasian) so byzantinegfx should be there...
I can correct it slightly if you want to

Namelist for the Daju peoples from Darfur/western Sudan. Although Darfur is currently dominated by other ethnic groups like the Fur, the Daju were historically the dominant group in the region during CKII's timeframe.
Names are taken from a variety of sources, and include traditional and Muslim names. I've also added in random, generic words that sort of worked for names in order to beef up the name list, particularly for the females.

First up are the Fur, who are currently one of the dominant groups in the Darfur region of Sudan (it's why it's called Darfur in the first place). During CKII's timeframe the region was more dominated by the Daju people (namelist above), but the Fur to my knowledge were sort of around nevertheless. Names are drawn from Wikipedia, scholarly sources, and include a few random words to beef up the name lists, particularly the females.

Next are the Beja, sometimes associated with the Blemmeyes mentioned in various texts from late antiquity. The Beja have dominated the region in northeastern Sudan for centuries if not millennia, possibly as early as the time of the ancient Egyptians. Names are drawn mainly from three sources: historical and modern-day Beja figures, generic Arab/Muslim names, and random Beja words. The latter two were in order to beef up the namelist (otherwise it would've just been like five names or something). Although the Beja were and have not been heavily Islamicized or Arabicized, I took the liberty of adding generic Arab names nevertheless.

Lastly is a Vietnamese name list. I know there's a Vietnamese name list from before in this thread, from the Umbra Spherae mod, but it was rather barebones and also included some non-Vietnamese names (or at least wrong spelling). The Vietnamese name list I've compiled below includes mostly the names of historical figures from around CKII's timeframe (c. 8th century to 16th century), including the personal names of monarchs, government officials, generals, rebels, clergy, the relatives of any of those, etc.
