((Alright personelly I think the stack should side with the president, it just makes more sense and gives the president actual power over the coup))

((I still think the president should have some kind of power during coups other than ministry's he hasn't assigned, that just tempts him not to give out ministry's. Also, King why don't you want be to become COS?))((Perhaps in the future the Chief of Staff should control the capital stack))

While my opinion on this matter is little more than symbolic, it is my firm opinion that Andonie has finally crossed the line. This move to dismantle the government in favour of a perpetual liberal dictatorship (I'm a liberal, but not a crazy authoritarian one!) is despicable!
As well, I formally change my vote for Chief of Staff to Eduardo Alvarez, and advise General de Conti to do the same. To the good general, it is no attack at you, as I believe you are a man of honour and integrity, but Admiral Alvarez the Younger has served with dedication for many years, and has a great deal of experience.
My final statement is I now cast my vote for Pedro Rivera! Senor Gogolow has shown his weakness, refusing to condemn the coup attempt by Andonie until he reached a consensus with his party; I did not wait a moment when Severino, a man I agreed with on a great deal of issues, declared his revolution. I cared little about my party's opinion on the matter, and sought to protect this Republic to the best of my ability, and with all my heart.
During a time like this, your political slandering is most despicable. Just because I do not use my powers with authoritarian conviction does not make me "weak". I listen to the voice of the people. The people is an important factor for me when making decisions. If you exclude the people, you exclude any legal basis behind your decisions. I am not an authoritarian man, I am a man of democracy. I listen to the people, unlike you Sir.
- Sérgio Gogołów
((TH, don't I have 4 votes now?))
Come on socialistas you outnumber them, come out and vote and we can take the Chief of Staff for the Worker!
