Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Population panel does not aknowledge any unemployed populations and whenever move from one planet to another, whether manualy or automaticacly, they just move right back to their planet of origin.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
As your empire expands planet populations don't move from one planet to another.

Can confirm this happens. I don't know if it is intended but civilians don't move to other planets with available jobs. As a egalitarian empire you have to switch resettlement to allowed and move them manually.

I already did that. It does not help.

I know, sadly, it's just a mitigation for now. I'm sure the Devs are quite busy, so we'll have to wait patiently for a fix.

To be percise I did use manual resettlement feature but even pops that are manually resettled bounce back to their world of origin. I hope the developers notice the problem.
