Script Codes showed up on the buttons in Korean

Description​

When I open the Laws tap of an interest group in the game with Korean, Some Script codes are on the buttons.
But language is changed to English, it's fine.

Steps to reproduce​

First change language option to Korean.

- Go to Society panel.
- Click a button of any population.
- Then click Laws tab, and Check the Buttons.
