I was having a super good run as Russia. I was playing legit and did not save scum. In 1590 I finally achieved having the entire Siberian coast line for the Relentless Push East achievement. When I did not achieve it I was very confused. It turns out my save file has locked out achievements for me. I felt this was unfair because there were many achievements in spitting distance this run due to some good luck with Poland and Lithuania collapsing.
Is there any way to re-enable achievements on the save file?
