I haven't had the chance to play the new patch yet, but I've watched some videos, and I like what I'm seeing.
That being said, I noticed that migration attraction from universities and arts academies is busted with how much it can stack. Is that behaviour working as intended? Or is this a bug?

If it's working as intended, may I suggest that migration attraction from these two buildings be tied to building level up to a cap?
