I never had this issue with the game before, oftentimes during battles my computer crashes and shuts down, thus can't even report the crush in the dialog. What is going on?

If you are BSOD or your PC is restarting itself then that indicates you have a hardware failure that our code/rendering is running into. It's good to check your PSU, motherboard connections and running DxDiag.
