Q: I can’t post on this forum, why is that?
A: If you are completely new to the Paradox forum, it will take a couple of days before you can make your first post as that is how the forum is set up. For the rest of you, the King Arthur II forum will be completely open to start with so you don’t need to register your game to post in the bug/technical or this forum.
Q: I am experiencing framerate issues, what can I do to fix this?
A: King Arthur 2 features a campaign view and a battle view. By changing the video settings you can mainly improve the battle view performance. The dev team (Neocore) are already at work preparing updates for the game that will improve the performance. In the meantime we suggest the following:
In the main menu go to the options menu > video > advanced, then make sure that all the sliders are set to the middle settings. Lower them further to improve performance. Restart the game for changes to take effect.
Uncheck the following options as they are the ones that require most cpu/gpu power:
To further improve performance uncheck additional video options (especially vsync) or try lowering resolution. Restart the game for changes to take effect.
We (Paradox producers) have managed to improve framerates by 25%-50% by using the above mentioned options on a number of rigs. Please share your experiences with the settings so that others with similar hardware specs can find their "sweet spot" sooner.
Like we mentioned earlier - Neocore is already at work with an update and improving the framerate even further is a top priority.

Q: I downloaded KA II from GamersGate and my mouse curser is gone, what should I do?
A: There was a problem with the files in the original installation. If you uninstall and download the game anew the cursor problem should sort itself out.
