How do I create formable Nations?

Hello everyone,
I've been struggling for days now to create my own formable Nation but it just doesn't shows up in the game. I found barely information on the internet about what could be missing. Are there any good tutorials for formable Nations?

If you post the files you've made too, it will be easier to see if you have it all correct, or if there are any errors

So my formable nation is the Saxon Union, which only consists of the STATE_SAXONY.

I dont have a flag_definitions and not a coat_of_arms folder because, if I don't have these "the game generates a flag from scripted random elements" according to the wiki. So it just generates a random flag, right? Or did I missunderstood this?

Yep, you're all set there. It looks good. You should be able to form the country as any North German country that is below Kingdom tier (so Saxony itself won't be able to)

I tried in the game and it worked! Thank you for you help. Maybe I will release it after I added some Events and a flag.
