I own copies of older Paradox games purchased through the website from some time ago. Several of them even show up as on my account. How am I able to download them? I know there used to be third party website many Paradox games were downloaded from, but that was years ago and I don't even remember the name. Clicking on 'details' for all the games on my account now shows nothing at all.

My Steam account is linked to my Paradox account, but most of these purchases predate Paradox's relationship with Steam so they don't show up there.

Most likely you did not in fact buy those games from us but somewhere else like GamersGate or Amazon.

Wherever you bought them, that's the place you need to access them from still.

If you need more detailed help please lodge a support ticket at paradox.zendesk.com using the email associated with this Paradox account, thanks.

Gamersgate sounds about right. I do not know that Paradox put any games on Amazon as anything other than CD when many of these would have been purchased.

I'll check there, thank you.
