Unless such a mod actually replaces the gear, it is not possible.
Foreign equipment cannot convert to a better version of the same equipment. It can only convert to a different type of gear in the same category, such as self-propelled artillery or self-propelled anti-tank gun.
So, you cannot make a Pz .35 (t) and convert the Czech tanks into that new variant, unfortunately.

Pz35(t) is a german name for LT vz.35, not 34. That's a different tank, it just looks similar.

There were some mods that let you produce german equipment as a puppet of germany but I dont think there are any mods that let you replace equipment with others.
But none of those mods will work with current gen hoi4 ever since they introduced the tank desingers people stopping updating and putting that stuff into the mods packs over just adding more modules and stuff for the desingers. You can kind of make something simliar to a panzer 35t in the desinger and just call it that these days.
