Crusader Kings II - 2.4.5 patch - NOT for problem reports! [checksum NFUF]

Hi,
We've had this patch on beta for some time now, but feel confident enough to release it to the general public.
The patch is aimed at fixing stuff that broke for mods with Horse Lords.

- Mercenaries and event-spawned units will no longer reinforce unless specifically set to

- Effect create_character now gives proper random name if used outside of character scope

Just think that Steam sometimes are slow on updating the interface, probably clears out if you restart steam.
