Can't Get Kaiserreich to Load

Hey!

So, I downloaded Kaiserreich a while back, but I ended up deleting it 'cause my pc started running slow, and I thought it was Kaiserreich doing it (turns out it was something else). So, I just re-downloaded it, but now when I open up the game, Kaiserreich doesn't load, it just loads the vanilla HOI4. In the steam launch window, I made sure that the mod was enabled, and I disabled and re-enabled it, to be sure, still didn't work. I deleted and redownloaded the mod again, but it's still just loading the vanilla HOI4. Has this happened to anyone? Any idea what's going on, and how to fix it?

Try uninstalling it and reinstalling it. I had to do that with Old World Blues.

Yeah, like I said, I've deleted it and reinstalled in twice now, and it's still doing the same thing.

If it doesn't seem to really upload from steam, you may have a thumbnail file in .launcher-cache that needs to be deleted or steam thinks you already have it.

Is that something I'll find in the local files? I appreciate the help, I'm just pretty new to digging around in game files.

The thumbnails files will be numbered, so you have to open them to find the thumbnail that matches the mod.
