I tried to play the game on my ipad with Steam Link -- I don't recommend doing that the controls are super janky (which is unfortunate as it would be cool to play it on my ipad in bed). Anyway when I went back to play it on my PC, I find myself where the camera can't be controlled, it's just every so slightly drifting downward. I can't move it around. Mouse wheel? It just changes icons/map details but no camera movement.
