Description​

I had a 99 year alliance as Germany with Britain. Britain was doing one of their many wars against unrecognized powers but I needed to not be involved in a pending diplo play for my own wars in Europe. The play had already escalated more than half through and Britain outnumbered their opponent literally 1,000 to 1 so I declared neutrality without even thinking... and BOOM. Huge infamy, broken alliance, untrust worthy country etc. etc.

Steps to reproduce​

Be allied and declare neutrailty while the ally has a pending diplo play.
