Hi there!

As Germany sadly hasn't the ability to carve France up ingame (like France could do with Germany) due to the lack of revolters in French territory, I wanted to ask whether there is some sort of Mod
that adds some revolt countries in France(like Burgundy)?

Also regarding the concept of Badboy: How much can you get with out worrying about it? Right now I have around 46 Badboy and don't get Badboy wars or something, however I'm the militarily second strongest country and have great Relations with Britain (the strongest), so that might not be very representive for a general rule of thumb.

And lastly:
I've read somwhere on the VickyWiki that AI Prussia doesn't need to occupy Paris to get the unnification event but only to "win the war against France".
But I'm not sure what "winning" measn exactly in game. Of course the side recieving some sort of Tribute will alway be regarded the victor.
But what about a white peace? Will this alway be considered a draw or does it depend on who asks for it? After all the attacker can get a lot Prestige from a white Peace, so that might also be considered a victory.

A couple of assumptions on my part in my answers, so take them for what they are worth.

From your first paragraph, I'm assuming that as Prussia/Germany you are suffering from a lot of revolts. With a badboy score of 46, I'm going to assume that your pops are suffering from war exhaustion, which is the reason for their being so revolting. Or, maybe you're still a conservative country during the liberal revolution...not sure, but pop management can be tricky with Prussia. Be patient. They will settle down. They settle down fine if you keep a couple or three corps of cavalry for rebellion squashing.;)

If Britain had a border common with you, you might be in more trouble. If an alliance of countries shared a common border with you whose collective strength the AI thought could take you on, you might be in more trouble. You'll find that relations count for very little when you have a high badboy. The fact that you are so strong militarily is a good thing, however, so keep that score high while you wait for your badboy to slowly, ever so slowly, drop. I've had "badboy" wars start with a badboy score of less than 20 (of course my military score was too low), so you're running the ragged edge of disaster.:p

"Winning" a war means gaining some tribute from your enemy. If you are the aggressor and accept a white peace, you lose...period. If you initiate a war, then you have to gain tribute to be considered the "winner".

No I'm totally fine and the war with France is long over ;)
Releasing some french revolter was just the idea i had to permanently weaken France without taking so much Badboy, before I noticed that there are none.
I had to give these plans up anyway however as I realized having 100% Warscore is still something different from have the enemy brought so far to accept everything.
Getting Alsace Lorraine was difficult narrowly enough and that with whole country occupied.

Well I might be the second strongest but Britain has almost double Military points :p
This mostly comes from the Royal Navy of course and on land I'm stronger, but I'm not sure whether the AI differs?

Thanks.
But then it's strange that the aggressor can get 100 Prestige with a white peace

Never seen that. In my experience, when I've initiated a war and then accepted a white peace, I lost prestige.

I can't remember if I requested the white peace or simply accepted an offer, though. I've never requested or accepted a white peace in a war that I have initiated since.

AI Prussia only needs a white peace to get the Unification as the aggressor is France ;). It will, however, not get Alsace-Lorraine without occupying Paris, AFAIK. They certainly don't get it with a white peace.
