It's essentially a cop out because Euro is always suspicious, ensuring he is never lynched even as a wolf.

Screw it, let's run him up, see what that gets us.

Vote Euro

I think running EURO up on little basis is fair game given how often he does it to other players. Let us see what comes of it.

Vote EURO

Anyone got any thoughts on the Euro spy report other than me and EL?
That it is another spy report likely to be deliberately misinterpreted by the baddies and accidentally by incompetents.

jeray's voting record:

Day 1: LK (throwaway)
Day 2:alynkio
Day 3: LK (again)
Day 4: randakar (throwaway)
Day 5: sleepyhead (see above)
Day 6: Split (see above)

4 throwaway votes out of 6, not bad. Including one on randakar which is tempting to see as an alibi vote (but it looks like a very stupid alibi vote to cast - randakar is almost never run up so any such alibi vote immediately stands out upon his death. Obviously though, randakar didn't expect to die so soon...)

He outs a restless scan which he interprets badly, causing us to kill an important goodie. Then, seeing the success of his previous scan outing, he decides to out all of his scans. Given how cryptic those are I'm not sure how much information we gained there... Wolves could use the disarray ensuing while we try to solve the riddles to get closer to parity.

Then of course today he votes on a dead player, forgetting the death of an important goodie. To boot, he bases it on his scan, completely failing once again

Vote jeray2000

I have mixed feelings about this, since Jeray was hardly the only one that drew the same conclusions about Beartjah, although I figured he was a likely cultists that was waiting on his scan based on the information there, rather than a Van Hellsing that was waiting, and as I noted before the hints once I looked back at them fit that role just as well.

Now, on the purpose for him dropping the rest of his restless scans, lets look at it this way.

If he is a villager, what does he gain?

His scans get out there, the village has more information to work on to help find the wolves, by eliminating those that have other roles. Besides the dead role that was included, I am fairly certain that Capibara is a villager given his scan report.

Getting villagers confirmed helps the villager, as it forces the wolves to decide between hunting the confirmed villager, and hunting a possible seer.

Now, if he a baddie of some kind, what does he gain?

He gets goodie points for getting the scans out. He draws attention to the scans, and thus away from him. His scans would not be on his packmates if he attached (Likely with the Sorcerer and his apprentice dead), thus would be on the other pack, or villagers. A very solid move.

But this would backfire if he did so, because this information unless it was falsified, does help the village more than it would help his pack, unless he was positive he got the other pack in there and not villagers that could then use it to form a J-L.

This move is much more solid as a villager. Then a wolf, unless he believes he has restless a wolf from the other pack in it, then can use it to push them to the lynch.

And thinking about it, that likely was what he intended with Beartjah. It does fit quite nicely there, as it did read like a restless scan on a baddie. Out that to get the village to lynch a rival packmate in the best case, and the average case would be just a villager of some kind. The worse case is he is lynched over it.

So I can see where you are going, and I think it worth a vote now.

Jeray should have three votes, you have them counted separately, and you have Arkasas counted both as voting Wagonlitz and not voting. But this doesn't change the outcome.

I would like to say I wasn't very confident Beartjah was a baddie and wasn't pushing him very hard. In fact most people were following Eternaly_Lost's interpretation, not mine. I even ended up switching off beartjah because I was so unconfident he was a baddie. I don't think it was a bad thing for me to share my scan, if the village decided that the scan indicated baddie-ness how can I be blamed for that?

You bear responsibility for the Beartjah lynch, at least in part, since you revealed the scan, and said you were suspicious of him for it and his response to your questioning. That you later distanced yourself from the move to lynch him does not change your initial actions being the impetuous for his lynching. Trying to now deny responsibility only makes you look more suspicious in my eyes.

Wicked_Witch_of_the_East_is_dead.jpg

Once there was a wicked wolf in the lovely land of Thread
And a wickeder, wickeder, wickeder wolf there never, never was

She filled the folks in Werewolf land with terror and with dread
'Till one fine day from OT way a cyclone caught a scan
That brought the wicked, wicked wolf her doom
And now we sent her to her tomb!

For the votes fell on her head and the padre pronounced her dead
And thru the town the joyous news was spread
Ding-dong, the wolf is dead! Which old wolf? The wicked wolf
Ding-dong, the wicked wolf is dead

Wake up, you sleepyhead, rub your eyes, get out of bed
Wake up, the wicked wolf is dead!
She's gone where the zealots go below, below, below, yo ho
Let's open up and sing, and ring the bells out
Ding-dong! the merry-o sing it high, sing it low
Let them know the wicked wolf is dead
Ding-dong, the wolf is dead! Which old witch? The wicked wolf
Ding-dong, the wicked wolf is dead

Wake up, you villager, rub your eyes, get out of bed
Wake up, the wicked wolf is dead!
She's gone where the zealots go below, below, below, yo ho
Let's open up and sing, and ring the bells out
Ding-dong! the merry-o sing it high, sing it low

I’m with Jerman on this one. When I act in a way that is perceived to be suspicious, I get killed. Euro gets away with it. What kind of village doesn’t kill the most suspicious members?

Let’s try again.
