4 throwaway votes out of 6, not bad. Including one on randakar which is tempting to see as an alibi vote (but it looks like a very stupid alibi vote to cast - randakar is almost never run up so any such alibi vote immediately stands out upon his death. Obviously though, randakar didn't expect to die so soon...)
He outs a restless scan which he interprets badly, causing us to kill an important goodie. Then, seeing the success of his previous scan outing, he decides to out all of his scans. Given how cryptic those are I'm not sure how much information we gained there... Wolves could use the disarray ensuing while we try to solve the riddles to get closer to parity.
Then of course today he votes on a dead player, forgetting the death of an important goodie. To boot, he bases it on his scan, completely failing once again

I have mixed feelings about this, since Jeray was hardly the only one that drew the same conclusions about Beartjah, although I figured he was a likely cultists that was waiting on his scan based on the information there, rather than a Van Hellsing that was waiting, and as I noted before the hints once I looked back at them fit that role just as well.
Now, on the purpose for him dropping the rest of his restless scans, lets look at it this way.
If he is a villager, what does he gain?
His scans get out there, the village has more information to work on to help find the wolves, by eliminating those that have other roles. Besides the dead role that was included, I am fairly certain that Capibara is a villager given his scan report.
Getting villagers confirmed helps the villager, as it forces the wolves to decide between hunting the confirmed villager, and hunting a possible seer.
Now, if he a baddie of some kind, what does he gain?
He gets goodie points for getting the scans out. He draws attention to the scans, and thus away from him. His scans would not be on his packmates if he attached (Likely with the Sorcerer and his apprentice dead), thus would be on the other pack, or villagers. A very solid move.
But this would backfire if he did so, because this information unless it was falsified, does help the village more than it would help his pack, unless he was positive he got the other pack in there and not villagers that could then use it to form a J-L.
This move is much more solid as a villager. Then a wolf, unless he believes he has restless a wolf from the other pack in it, then can use it to push them to the lynch.
And thinking about it, that likely was what he intended with Beartjah. It does fit quite nicely there, as it did read like a restless scan on a baddie. Out that to get the village to lynch a rival packmate in the best case, and the average case would be just a villager of some kind. The worse case is he is lynched over it.
So I can see where you are going, and I think it worth a vote now.
