New organization regain system implemented
- recalculation of all morale values in doctrines and events
- Units now recover organization even if they are out of supply so that it's harder to form pockets; "second chance" for the AI
- stepless regain depending on remaining organization instead of previous multi-level (land units) or steady (air and naval units) regain
- events rebalanced accordingly (offensive bonus, winter bonus, Great Purges,...)
AI rework
- research and building priorities matched (no more production of completely outdated units) [at least significantly less ]
- tweaked some mission priorities (invasions, naval operations, air missions)
- fixed several trigger errors in AI switch events
- added AI files for some minor countries (Serbia, Croatia, AOI)
New database entries and graphics
- new leader files and pictures by Aser, especially for the Western Allies
- some new techteams
- JAP: secondary CV team if Yamamoto dies (see below), tank team Masaomi Yasuoka

Techtree
- re-sorted some techs (CAG and strategic bombers included into design-specialization-structure, moved logistics from infantry tab to industry,...)
- fixed some errors (unlock commands for late submarines and improved superheavy BB)
- introduced new 1937 model for mechanized infantry (available for construction according to existing rules for armored divisions)
- added some late models for self-propelled brigades

- adopted new DH Full map data, areas and regions
- some tweaks to critical areas (e.g. Sicily, Libya, some straits)
Changes to unit values
- Reduced combat range bonus for fire control system & added bonus for scout planes and radar in return
- transport ships: raised speed and desired combat distance a little bit to enhance survivability, reduced manpower costs
- exchanged combat values for CL models 0 (protected cruiser) and 1 (light scout cruiser)
- removed the option to attach medium tank brigades to armored divisions so that research and construction of alternative brigades becomes more attractive

Events:
- fixed: KWA offensive bonus against China never ends
- naval treaty event for Germany now correctly checks for carrier builds
- "US help for dutch marines" trigger fixed
- added compensation for dissent caused by ending the non-aggression-treaty between GER and POL
- fixed trigger for "ahistorical developments in the Middle East" event (now considering IRQ joining Axis/Allies by event)
- removed possible finnish claim on Petrozavodsk in peace event with SOV
- Reichskommissariate: fixed provinces needed for release (Rosenberg decisions); claims should now be given to RKs on release even if just occupied

- concept on non-aggression treaties reworked for GER-SOV and JAP-SOV
Multiplayer balancing (also effects single player mode):
- reduced pure submarine stack detection by 50%, ASW values recalculated
- ENG receives additional manpower if Axis powers launch an ahistorical offensive in the Middle East
- "Phoney War" now ends earlier
- slight boost for chinese AI against a human JAP
- "break of Versailles treaty" event will now trigger earlier if GER decides to terminate the naval treaty with ENG

Download and installation
- You need the latest Darkest Hour patch 1.04 RC2 (final).
- Click here to Download TRP 1.03B (473 MB).
- Unzip (using 7zip) into Darkest Hour's Mods-directory. Check if the folder hierarchy is correct.
- In Darkest Hour Launcher select "TRP_103_B" as Mod (language: English or German) and start (Checksum: EFOJ).
