Description
[v2.6.1][65d2] No cap on calling in favors in Senate Vote

Game Version
2.6.1

What version do you use?

Steam

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The game explicitly tells you that you cannot call in more than 10 favors from any given empire (to boost your diplomatic power during a Senate Vote).

Except, you can, and the game will happily inform you that you are now using "11 Favors out of a maximum of 10".

(The only restriction is not being able to call in more than 10 favors at once... which is redundant, because you cannot hold more than 10 favors from any given empire anyways.)

PS: FFS please don't make me regret buying into the DLC already. This is the same old shit of trivially mundane features not working whatsoever, throwing shade at the existence of PDX QA.

edit: Bonus point for the forum seemingly spazzing out on the uploadingScreenshots / submittingPost step. Got stuck in what seemed like an infinite upload loop. At some point finally caught itself, but I think I might have F5'd a tad too often. Sorry for the duplicate posts, this one is the original, please do feel free to delete the others.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Purchase 10 favors from the diplomatically most powerful empire for some cheap k minerals.
2. Call in all 10 favors to gain a massive boost to your vote count at the expense of 250 Influence.
3. Repeat steps 1&2 as long as your Influence permits.
