Just got an update to the game, was around 57 mb or so, can someone please point me to the patch notes?

What system are you on? On PS4 if you hit the options button while you have the application highlighted then go to update history the notes should be there
On Xbox One there was an update today, it says 3.1.0, that's all, no patch notes.
Sorry, double post but I launched it and now it's in 4K on Xbox One X, I don't remember if it was in the 3.0.0 but at least now it is 
It's really sharp compared to the 1080p we got before, but now on X it's locked at 30 FPS. It could go up to 60 when it was not X Enhanced.
Maybe the devs can add an option to lock or not the framerate ?
EDIT : it's 60 fps in most info views, it seems to use double buffering, so if it can't reach 60 it locks to 30.

Maybe it was only an update to add Xbox One X enhancement but no code change/fix ?
He never said it was on PS4.
Today I got an update on Xbox One X, so I guess he is on Xbox too.
I don't think the update was for the X enhancement as it does not appear on my list of X enhanced games in my games and apps.
It is, it's just that their is a bug in the Xbox One X dashboard at the moment, you have to reboot your console to see it in the right X Enhanced list.

Thanks for the screen shot, I did reboot as soon as the update finished but it still doesn't appear, but I loaded one of my cities, and you are correct it is definitely in 4k and looking good.
Opps, sorry, yeah I'm on xbox one. Haven't made the jump to xbox one x yet, as I don't have a 4K tv yet.
