Changes:

• Lowered metro track upkeep cost.

Fixed:

• IsIntercity error caused by custom stations.
  
• Medium Road Bridge Trolleybus and Medium Road Elevated Trolleybus not attaching properly to the overhead wire poles.
  
• Trolleybuses ignoring the stop signs.
  
• Match day, Varsity Sport arenas and Festival Area missing an event audio.
  
• Issue with creating metro lines to bus-metro hub's lower metro station in certain cases.

I come back to you with this because I noticed one mistake in these notes....

"Lowered metro track upkeep cost" - I checked - Building cost changed. not the upkeep one.

Upkeep was 1.28/week/cell before this hotfix, so overground simply returned to 1.12.x upkeep level of tunnels.

At least they put the Intercity hotfix back to the base game. No need for a mod to fix it.

Subway upkeep (before / after Hotfix)

Underground: 5,76 / 0,64
Overground: 1,28 / 0,64
Elevated: 1,92 / 0,96

For Comparsion Monorail (Which is unfortunately no longer an alternative with its costs. The stations take up too much space and make too much noise compared to the subway)

Normal Track: 1,28
Oneway Track: 0,96

Lowered metro track upkeep cost.

Hopefully that will fix my city. Have been working on it since last May, it had $203M, but was now loosing $5M-$10M an hour with the 1.13.0-f7 patch.
I didn't have much time to investigate, nor do I have the time to check now. Hopefully that was it.

I don't think so. Afaik you'll have to let your city run for a while, so that the new child- and eldercare systems can take effect and your population is balanced again.

No, i just don't think the costs of metro are the only reason for the loss in profit.
