Can't see or access Tech Support Forum

Hey,
despite registering EUIV as well as linking my paradox account to my steam account, I am still asked to "register EUIV". I cannot access Tech Support.
Any help or hints would be appreciated.

Edit: Apparently, my games do not show up next to my post either, as they appear to for other members.

EU4 is indeed registered to you. Does it show in your Owned Items list? If so it must be set to be hidden.

You may need to try a different browser.

I could indeed post using Internet Explorer, and now that I did it, for whatever reason, the game does also show up in my profile and I can post when using Firefox as usual.

I just encountered the same problem. Just registered for the paradox forums since the only help I got on the steam forums was a link to the HoI IV tech support forum. But I can't access the the HoI IV tech forum (game appears to be registered to my account, so the problem should not be there). Neither worked with firefox or chrome. Any help would be appreciated, since I'm not even able to start up HoI IV anymore.

If you go to
https://accounts.paradoxplaza.com/profile/email
does your account show as confirmed or not? If not please log a support ticket at paradox.zendesk.com and wee'll get you fixed up.

If it does show there as confirmed, then I see no problem in your account. What exactly happens when you try to go to HOI4 tech support? How about Vic2 Tech Support, which you also have registered?

Hey AndrewT,

strangely enough it works now. Maybe the system just needed some time after registration to process my privileges? I did all of that yesterday within the first hour of my registration on the forums.
