Description
When choosing a paradrop destination the available targets are measured from the origin airport's province. But the hidden paradrop mission that's created for the transport wing is centered on the origin airport's state. This can lead to situation where a drop target is selectable but the transport wing has zero coverage of the target state, causing the drop to be stuck.

create a paradrop order from Northern Australia to Lesser Sunda
