So I would like to know of some the things you can do in Vic 2 that may not be well known or even kinda hidden.

I know you can form a Greater Germany. You can also create Gran Colombia. U.S. has The Californian Republic, The Manhattan society, Cherokee and New England. Also Alaska can become it's own country. Although those are not really unknown. I have also see Congo cores in Africa, and I think one other nation too. The Ottoman has Iraq cores and one Georgia all of the others are in Russia. Also Russia is littered with cores! There are also Pakistan cores that are own by the U.K.

What other counties are out there?

I heard some one say you can form Saudi Arabia. Is that True?

What other counties can you form?

What can you do or is in the game that may not be well known?

In HoD communist Russia turns red and fascist Germany turns black :)

You can look at the countries.txt file in your Victoria 2 directory to see every country in the game. Their formations are usually either under their name or nationalunifications.txt in the decisions folder.

Cool! What about Italy?

Italy stays the same... it's only those two countries AFAIK. Also, By "Saudi Arabia" I think they meant Arabia; which is a formable nation (even by Egypt!)

Edit: Also, this can happen:

I heard you can form babylon. is this true?

My problem with breaking up America and the UK is they get events to reform/reabsorb those states if they get their relations high enough or sphere them. I really would like a scenario that breaks all countries into their smallest parts.

I am not sure about babylon, but Bzy can be done if you can trigger the movement of the OE capital to ankara.

yeah, it's like IGGEL said, but Babylon is really just a name change. There's no benefit to doing it other than like +20 prestige. (I.E. no events, cores, cultures, etc.)

A good benefit to those who love forming nations or changing names based on how awesome it looks rather then the phyiscal benefits that come from it :p
