If WWII goes haywire and a western power manages to annex Germany before the Soviets gain significant ground, I'd kind of like it if there were alternatives to the Oder-Neisse line and division between Allies and Comintern. Like, maybe give Germany the Austria treatment and turn it into a still-unified neutral state between the two vying alliances, or only giving East Prussia to the Soviets or Poland but still retain Silesia and Pomerania (or the other way around), or giving France another chance to take the Saar or maybe even the Rhineland. Maybe add in the Stalin Note.
