A permanent Spain is needed in Europe Ruined 2 now, Flamey couldn't continue because of technical difficulties (he was crashing all the time). This Spain is perhaps not the strongest but it has the potential for a lot of economic development, and it is after all depending on the situation placed among the three most rich countries in Europe Ruined 2.
