It'd be quite useless though, unless assimilation gets fixed since by 1870s when you can releases Israel there are barely any Ashkenazi pops left.

That's still quite a lot of Germans. And look at Aarhus and Esbjerg, it's a lot more there. And these are 100% Danish areas. Even in Slesvig, with a mixed population since before the V2 era, the Germans IRL didn't manage to seriously disrupt the balance over half a century of oppression and a world war.

Esbjerg: Total population - 16.56k. Danes are 60.5% So about 6.5k Germans have moved there (mostly farmers to work in the RGO).
Aarhus: Total population - 42k North Germans are 13.6% = ~5.7k Germans have moved there. About half craftsmen and half farmers to fill the open RGO and factory.

So no, it's not very many Germans at all. It's just low pop areas meaning a few migrants can have a large % impact.
 
Why? There are empty factories and RGOs, so why should my pops not migrate there to find work? Do you have any logical reason or is this just a "Germans should never move to Jutland even though Germany owns it and there are jobs availible, just because!" thing?

So pretty much pops in their own cores don't assimilate.
 
It's unrealistic. It's not what happened in Northern Schleswig. Nor did it happen much elsewhere - worker/farmer migration was much more limited IRL than you seem to believe, especially within Europe.

There were massive movements into and out of the Polish provinces, from the countryside to the cities, from the farming east to the industrialising west and of course to the USA in this period. Millions of people in Prussia/Germany alone. 12k to the new German province of Jylland is literally nothing on this scale.

Still, feel free to set migration factors all to 0 in your game.
