I know that name places will not be changed, however there could still be changes along these lines, for example Malcolm Dunkeld would have his name changed to Mael Coluim Dunn Chailleann. MacDonald's to MacDhomhnaill and so forth.
The 'of Berwick' could remain as is to not confuse people but I personally would like to see 'o Bearaig'
I am sure people would agree with me (and disagree of course).
