If anyone is familar on this i like to ask when your using it what are those halo yellow hex shape? They only appear in the map editor but when you play it is not there any more. And its on some items not all of it. I dont think you can zone in the map.

They are building blockers.
If you play the game with 'city growth' enabled, the building blockers prevent buildings growing where they are placed. Typically used for parks and open spaces on the map where buildings would be undesirable. They are more green than yellow on my setup.

yeah, when you place them in your map - buildings will not spawn there - either when you use the 'generate buildings' in the map editor or when youre playing a game in with the map.
