Hi folks, I just bought HoI2 on a great deal... saw some recent reviews saying it's still the best HoI and I've never tried HoI at all...
I was watching some videos to get up to speed. A Paradoxian LP video shows many instances of other countries' resources being displayed in a mouse-over popup in the Diplomacy screen. But when I try this, all I get is 4 lines like:
Whereas he sees these four lines, then six more with the resources (Oil, Energy, etc.).
What's going on here? I want to see other countries' resource info, but how? This is a tough one to google on.
I'm on Win7 with HoI2 v. 1.3a; it was an "HoI2 Complete" Steam package with Doomsday and Armageddon.
