Little Brother Rules!

I was just wondering if anyone was having problems with the achievement "Little Brother Rules!"? To my understanding of the code you only need to be Karloman and have the title e_francia but the achievement didn't fire for me. How long should I wait or did the connect somehow mess up? When I reloaded the game it still said the save was ironman but my Steam overlay isn't working.(shift+tab to bring up the menu.) Could that have something to do with it?

I guess the base question is has anyone else had a problem with this achievement and how do you tell if achievements got disabled for a game?

I got it when I created Francia with no problems. It should be something else.

It seems you need to start a game as Carloman for the achievement to trigger.

I had the same problem and did not get the achievement despite creating the Empire of Francia as Carloman. I started that game as Charlemagne who died early in a battle. Other achievements triggered just fine, thus the ironman mode was working.

When I later started a new game as Carloman and defeated Charlemagne (who was in a war against Bavaria and Lombardy at that time), the achievement triggered.
