Now that we are trying out a new open beta system for unreleased content, we need to make sure the feedback process is as streamlined as it can get. Together with the older versions that are available as well, we want to make sure that we are looking for issues in the right place. It would be unnecessary to spend valuable QA time trying to reproduce a 2.3 specific bug in 2.2.1 for example. As such, we will start deleting threads posted here in the bug forums without a proper version number attached to it.
So make sure that when you make a bug report. Double check the game version of your Crusader Kings II installation and include it in the thread title like this:
[2.3] Game crash on unlanded title distribution <- this is GOOD!
Game is crashing! <- this is BAD!
And as usual. The actual post within should contain a detailed description of the bug together with a step by step instruction on how to reproduce it! Unless we can reproduce the bug, we can't fix it. Simple as that. So posting reports without such instructions is a waste of your time, as well as of that of the people who have to read the report before dismissing it.
