House Tully
The Tully Family has ruled Riverrun and the rich surrounding farmlands for over a thousand years, their sigil is a silver trout leaping on a blue and red striped field, and their words are "Family, Duty, Honor." Members of the family tend to have auburn hair, high cheekbones, and bright blue eyes. Despite ruling over Riverrun for a thousand years... They have never held a kingdom(unlike many Lord Paramounts). For this, they are slightly looked down upon, but none can disrespect their heritage. Many decades ago, when Aegon the Conqueror landed, Edmyn Tully led the charge against Harren the Black, uniting the riverlords under his banner. For this, Aegon gave him the Lord Paramountcy over the riverlands, a gutted Trident, but one that Lord Edmyn was proud to take mantle of.
During the Dance of the Dragons, when Targaryen fought Targaryen, many riverlanders took part in the war however Riverrun(who mostly ruled the Riverlands but in name only) stayed impartial.
Recently, the Lord of Riverrun were among the fiercest fighters for the king during the conquest of Dorne, sending more men then even the Stormlands who stood in competition with the principality for some time. They have a strong dislike for northmen and the Rhoynar, preferring their Andal brethren. Because of the Riverlands central location, it is not uncommon for them to marry out of their region, something that is unique to their people. Riverlanders can be seen all over, having a unique culture and dialect that comes from living in the trident.
A statue of Edmyn Tully's likeness is in the mustering square of Riverrun, but any current lord of Riverrun claims it to be of his father. Riverrun is a strong three-sided castle, although not especially large. The castle is bordered on the north by the Tumblestone and on the south by the Red Fork, while on the west a third side faces a massive man-made ditch. In time of danger the sluice gates can be opened to fill a wide moat and leave the castle surrounded on all three sides by water, turning Riverrun into an island and leaving it practically unassailable. It commands a view of many leagues. The castle has sandstone walls which rise sheer from the water, its battlements are crenelated and have arrow loops, and its towers command the opposite shores. Riverrun's keep is located inside. Properly garrisoned, Riverrun can hold supplies for men and horses for as long as two years; a garrison of two hundred men is larger than Riverrun requires in most circumstances. Most guardsmen of the age wear fish-crest helms.

He is an excellent commander, having been appointed command of the rear-guard of Daeron's army at the age of 30, showing his brutality to the dornish, executing all prisoners that crossed his path. He perceives rebellion as an parallel to anarchy, the greatest of all crimes, deserving to be punished by death. He bitterly opposed Baelor's marriage-pact of his cousin with that of Myriah Martell, seeing it as an godless union with those that mix the proud faith with their religious idols from the Rhoynar. He woos women's hearts around the castle, sometimes traveling the riverlands in the courts of his father's vassals, making a name of himself with his unique attitude and bravado.
His siblings look up to him, being their only brother, but they all know of his ploys and tricks. He finds no harm in even outrageous flirts and the like with whomever, a cocky lordling that has naught a care the peasants, many call him a genius, picking up all he wants in an instant without much laborious effort, but with his attitude and personality, even more call him an infamous scoundrel. She is deeply infatuated with Lord Ronnel, his constant compliments on her fair complexion and beautiful red hair making her care deeply for him.
She would always find joy during his constant visits, where his Lord Father retold stories of an conquest that happened when she was a young girl... Lord Ronnel was an attentive learner, and he could skillfully take the wisdom from the brashness of her father's words, in her eyes at least. Harrion always teased Ronnel, saying that his son would probably never know him too, like so many of his ancestors. He was furious at his defeat in Lord Harroway's Tourney, where Ronnel was victorious, although no one ever speaks of that event, Liane always remembers, taking enjoyment from 'the favorite' losing to the receiver of her affection, and most of all, from being crowned the queen of beauty and love.

Wearing revealing clothing, throwing adulterous secret parties, drinking and an rumor going around that she sucks the blood of her lovers.... She is not an ideal as an second daughter, still without an husband, she hardly wonders why.
She styles her hair in crazy fashions, dying it whenever she pleases, when she gets angry, the townfolk know to hide in their holds. Despite all this, she is usually pleasant, her reputation mostly caring her for people to judge her before she even speaks.
Kaithryn
Age: 15
The youngest of the Tully children, Kaithryn is mostly quiet, trying to prefect herself like Liane... But no brave knights call for her hand, nay, she excels her embroidery and likes to befriend random strangers who show her kindness. Her mother dotes on her like a fawn, but she does not mind it, preferring to be a proper lady, she has no thought of speaking out like her sisters, preferring to not upset their parents. She is currently learning the intricacies of court-politics, trying to master it, so one day she might get a lord of her own and a household to keep an eye on.

That was in the past, however, as he constantly told himself, his life going through many changes.
When the raiders eventually took their annual raid on the Bay of Eagles, the young knight (of only 16) could take it no longer as his family's lands were plundered. He led an sortie of knights from the gates of Seagard, clashing blade with blade, killing dozens of raiders only on his first battle. The Mallister family honored him, and even his own father smiled a bit with pride when he was officially anointed. He adorns himself with a shield from House Mallister, and wings on his helm, but he wears the color of his house. The smallfolk call him the "The Flying Fish" to much of his dismay, but he accepts the title, and defends all around the Riverlands to this day. He is a seasoned knight, and even makes his routine cheer when he enters the occasional tourney.
