The effect is , that the ruling dynasty stays the same.
I'd understand this if the historic situation in Amalfi was like that, but it wasn't the case in 2.1.6 and the patchnotes didn't mention it.
That is not done on purpose , right ?
I played for a while and thought i could plot to make the doge change to patrician elective, but there was no such plot.
Then i played with the Mauro family which has one member with a strong claim.
When he became patrician i declared a war for the title and when i won it was game over, despite me becoming the doge and the capital didn't change.
Can anyone give me feedback, please ?
