Stadiums/theatres functionality?

Hello Everyone . I just had a quick question , I don't know if it's already answered .

So the Stadiums, theaters and other places , will they be able to organize events like games and movies or plays or is it going to be just like You build the stadium,theatre etc and then it provides leisure or entertainment to certain radius.

SimCity stadium, opera and theatre events it was one of the best ideas. I hope this also happen in Cities: Skylines.

Yes, I liked it too, it's a good idea and I hope there will be something similar or even better in Cities: Skylines.
