I can't seem to follow an individual person on their journey. When I highlight them, the map jumps from their starting point to their destination without showing their journey. Anyway around this?

When you click on a cim a box should come up with their name and where they are coming from and going to. At the top of that box on the far right is a symbol like a plus sign, when you click on that the map will center on them and you'll be able to follow them.
If that's not working then you have a problem.

Sometimes people get teleported from their starting point to their destination without showing their journey. This happens when there is no or no useful connection between these two locations. You should try and find a Cim already waiting at a stop and see if it works to follow this person. This will also work with any car driving around. Unfortunately the teleportation is a thing with the game, but not with you or your machine.
