Economy tech tree is useless for tribals?

I have 420 economy tech points and can't think what to invest into. Since tribal buildings don't really care about tech, all of these technologies are useless more or less.

Church infra is ok because I have a temple in capital county, but I already got it to level 1.

Also, it seems that in Culture tree, customs technologies have zero effect. Nobles and temple vassals don't increase their opinion of me.

Are you sure? My temple holder vassals love me more thanks to tech. Tribal vassals opinion don't effected by tech but you can subjugate non-tribal areas and have "vanilla" vassals and still be a tribal leader.

I think bottommost building tech also decrease tribal buildings complation time.

I don't see opinion modifier. How is it supposed to be called?

Construction tech is useless, I don't care really how long it takes to build something.
