The following culture converts to non-culture in EU4: Frisian, Ilmenian, Severian, Volhynian and Pictish. They were added in latter stage of development and propably that is there reason for invalid conversion.
Localization files on linux are still generated in ISO-8859-4 encoding instead of UTF-8, but this is a minor problem (iconv is your friend).
Suggestion:
Could the converter generate a single bookmark with date set to max(1444.11.11, date in CK2), with following countries as suggestion:
1. played nation
2. aztec/inca if Sunset Invasion is enabled
3. 5 countries with highest ruler prestige but other than player nation and aztec/inca
The description may say something about that it is a converted game (and mentoin if Sunset Invasion was enabled). I just created similiar bookmark myself and it works fine.
