Well, I picked up the Vicky bundle last week-- for $5, I could not resist at all!
I got the game up and running, but I am surprised to find only two scenarios
at start up-- Grand Campaign and A House Divided.
Am I missing something?

You also need Heart of Darkness. This expansion focus' on making colonization and naval mechanics MUCH better. It also adds the crisis mechanic which does not work 100% the way it should but it still adds something to the game. Overall HoD is well worth getting for the other two things alone.

-edit Yeah those are the only two scenarios, but you'll still want the HoD expansion pack. Honestly I never ever play the later scenario and from what I've gathered here neither does anyone else really. I would avoid it if I were you, the borders may have been changed but the population, the politics and a lot of other very important stuff was NOT changed to reflect the later start date. Start at 1836 and save yourself the headache.
