Third Reich Mod events

Where are the Third Reich Mod events? Specifically, the ones at the start of the game which remove the "random" events and harm Germany's manpower. I do not like these events and wish to be rid of them. I like being able to remove dissent through events and Germany has enough manpower problems as it is.
